Chicago Bears QB Rex Grossman has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Month for September. According to Sportsticker, "Grossman led the Bears to a 3-0 record, completing 61-of-94 passes for 829 yards and six touchdowns for a quarterback rating of 100.9. On September 17 against Detroit, Grossman set career highs with 289 passing yards and four touchdowns. His 24-yard touchdown pass to Rashied Davis with 1:53 left lifted the Bears to a 19-16 win at Minnesota last Sunday."

So, was Grossman truly the NFC's best offensive player this month? I'd say so.

I'm starting Rex instead of Culpepper this week in one of my leagues...So Culpeepper will probably have a huge week and Grossman will do diddly squat.

Wow! And I said Brian Griese is gonna lead the Bears to the Superbowl. Rex must have watched a lot of film during all those injury years...good for him! Im proud of Rex Grossman and hopes he keeps it up.
