Adam Morrison had an MRI done on his left knee early on Sunday. It revealed the big guy had a torn ACL and will require season ending knee surgery.

Rotoworld said Walter Herrman and Matt Carroll would provide extra minutes for the Bobcats this year so Morrison's absence won't be too large.

Very much so...as a top pick, he averaged about 30 minutes, 11 points and 3 rebounds.

Not horrible by any means, but Morrison had plenty of expectations.
