This game is for Leader of the NFC as the Panthers go to the Meadowland to play the Giants.
This is a big game for Carolina, they need it to clinch their division. The game is also for home field advantage.
Giants have been sputtering a bit, while the Panthers seem to have caught fire. Giants have missed Brandon Jacobs and to some extent Plaxico Burress. It does sound like Jacobs will be back for this game.
These teams are close in stats for offense and defense. The difference here will be "who wants it more?"
