I dont agree with it. I mean smith and hackett are tied with welker and moss? Lets be real here.

No, they're not. Moss and Welker are tied with Ocho Cinco and Houshmanzadeh for third; Smith and Hackett are tied with Ward and Santonio Holmes for 5th. Which still doesn't sound right to me.
