| Kris Jenkins next on chopping block? Jenkins might be next to go. The Panthers tried to trade him last year before the season but couldnt get a first round draft pick in return so he came back and produced. This create an underlying current here. Jenkins has made it clear he is not a big fan of living in Charlottesville and that he loves the Washington area where he spends his offseasons. The Panthers can cut him this year and save money. It would free up to $3 million in salary cap space. He is scheduled to receive $1 million in roster bonus in March. ESPN - Kris Jenkins a short-timer in Carolina? - Hashmarks by Matt Mosley

| Re: Kris Jenkins next on chopping block? To me it was like with Jake out they didnt have a team leader, Carr? LOL not. Maybe Vinny lead a bit before he got hurt, but I feel thats what Jenkins did when he spoke out last season, he was trying to take the lead give the guys some direction, wake them up so to speak......I hope we keep Jenkins myself.....

| Re: Kris Jenkins next on chopping block? Well Fox/Hurney does it again they trade a team leader for a 3rd and 5th round draft picks. WHY oh WHY didn't they trade JULIUS "I DON'T GIVE A CRAP" PEPPERS? I would have much rather seen them trade him than to lose Kris Jenkins. |

Give Peppers another year, and hopefully with some decent guys around him and then see what happens. I think you are writing him off just way too soon. |
