Delhomme deal restructured

The Carolina Panthers apparently plan to have QB Jake Delhomme back next season, as they have restructured not only his deal, but also that of DE Mike Rucker. According to the Associated Press, "Restructuring both contracts clears more than $5 million in cap space." Anyone surprised that Delhomme is coming back.

no...he is a decent QB...and what do they have in the wings?
