So the panthers will be taking flight and playing in Philadelphia this sunday at 8:30 following the horrible game against the Dredskins this past weekend.
With many fans screaming for Jake Delhomme's head, will he step it up and produce like the man we saw 3 years ago.
Quote:
The resiliency of the Carolina Panthers (6-5) will be tested before a national television audience when they play the Philadelphia Eagles (5-6) at Lincoln Financial Field on Monday at 8:30 p.m. EST. It is the second consecutive road game for Carolina against an NFC East opponent after losing, 17-13, at Washington last week. It is the second consecutive primetime contest for Philadelphia, who lost, 45-21, at Indianapolis on Sunday night a week ago.
Both teams are fighting for their playoff lives. The Panthers are one-game behind division-leading New Orleans in the NFC South and are tied for the fifth-best record in the NFC. The Eagles trail NFC East leader Dallas by two games but are only one game out of the final Wild Card spot.

If the Panthers plan on making a Post Season appearance, they HAVE to win this weekend. Someone has to stop Brian Westbrook, no questions asked. And we have to put extreme preasure on Jeff Garcia so that he can make ill advised decisions. Peppers, you have been tremendous this year, but if there was ever a time we needed you to step up and be the leader of the defense that you truely are, this is the week.
