It's that time of year again, race fans! The start of another season of Nascar Camping World Truck Series racing! And we start off the season February 13th at Daytona for the NextEra Energy Resources 250.
Qualifying Thursday February 12th at 6:00p.m. on Speed
So make your predictions and get them in early.
Since this is a new contest for the Camping World Truck Series, we are doing things slightly different than you may have been used to in the Sprint Cup Predictions contests, so read the rules and follow them.
Here's the rules:
- You must be a signed in member in good standing. Violation of any GoTeamsGo rules will cause your active prediction to be cancelled.
- You must pick the drivers (not trucks) you think will finish in 1st and 2nd place. If you only pick one, your entry will be considered incomplete and ignored. You may make changes in your prediction until the entry deadline (see below). If you make a change and the change is not posted by the deadline, it will be ignored, your previous valid prediction will stand.
- All entries must be posted by 5 minutes before scheduled qualifying (time & date is posted above). Should your entry be late and 1 or both picks be right, you will not receive any "Championship Points" or other awards.
- Championship Points will be awarded as follows:
- 3 pts - correctly picking the 1st and 2nd place drivers
- 2 pt - correctly picking the 1st place driver only
- 1 pt - correctly picking the 2nd place driver only.
- Additional awards include:
- 3 pt winners - permanent member title upgrade
- 2 pt winners - one month member title upgrade
- 1 pt winners - honorable mention.
Championship Points will be used to determine the Season NWS Predictions Champ. The top 3 at the end of the season will receive "All-Around GTG Championship" points and be eligible to compete for the end of year All-Around GTG Championship & prizes.
