Dustin Skinner? Bummer. I was hoping Crissy Wallace would be out there again this weekend.

Peersonally, I'm waiting for Gabi DiCarlo to hopefully get some more experience then make the jump from ARCA to CTS. Qualified for every race in ARCA with an under-funded team and finished 14th against some guys with a whole lot more experience. Only had three top tens but she's a better driver than the car she drives. Plus she doesn't have the family name nor the father to grease the skids for her, in her career.

However, she graduates next year with an MBA so she probably will go into another career. It'll be racing's loss.

That may be, but she'll still have a lot to prove because she's female. I know there's been a lot of discussion related to women drivers in NASCAR. Besides, if that is what it takes to get a woman out there ultimately in Cup, isn't it worth it? Plenty of guys out there whose fathers have greased the skids to, as it were.

I've seen Gabi run as well... yeah I'd like to see her get a break in CTS.

Chauvinistic pig that I am, I agree with everything you state. I see absolutely no reason why a female shouldn't be able to succeed in stock car racing's highest level. I am a rabid advocate of equal (as opposed to preferential) opportunity. The relationship thing I don't like but patronage has been around forever and will always be so. It's just a fact of like that we have to accept (but I will never like it, but do accept it).

But, I want to see a female, or any minority, in NA__AR because she's a qualified racer (like Danica, for example) and NOT simply because she's a female. That one just doesn't fly with me.
