Re: Street & Smith's ranks Cal No. 11

Berkeley - Heralded as "America's Sports Bible" for more than 60 years, Street & Smith's Sports Annuals has announced the publication of its Street & Smith's College Football 2007 Yearbook, and in the featured issue, the University of California football team is ranked No. 11 in its preseason top 25 poll.

Also in the publication, junior wide receiver and Heisman Trophy candidate DeSean Jackson was selected as a first-team All-American, while teammate, junior center Alex Mack, was a third-team All-America choice. Street & Smith's also tabbed Jackson, Mack, tight end Craig Stevens and punter Andrew Larson as all-conference selections
.
What is the word on Jackson, is this kid really a Hesiman candidate?

Yeah, I think so. Not sure what the odds on him might be, but he could well be the best skill position player in the Pac-10.
