I think you're dead on there. I never much liked the guy to begin with. He had the one stellar season in Vancouver where he had 97 points which suggested that there was more to him than his size but other than that, he is very average. I think his household name status has more to do with the Moore incident then his skill. The flames lost Nolan and picked up a similar player with less skill.
