| Re: Buffalo FB Jon Goldsberry This interview with Jon Goldsberry of the Buffalo Bills is about as interesting as an interview with a backup NFL fullback can be. Which is to say, not all that interesting... EXCEPT when he's talking about the difference between his current coach staff and the Mularkey regime.
"I have noticed that our new coaches have a little more 'fire' or aggression on the field," Goldsberry says. "Whereas, it seemed to be too 'soft spoken' from the old coaching standpoint. Every coach has his way of getting across to a player. I'm not saying either way is better, but I do prefer a coach that is going to scream and yell if that's what it takes to get the point across."
Hmm... does he have a point? Was Mularkey too "laid back" to be an NFL head coach? Does he lack the ability to light a fire under his team? |
