I believe it's "Oaks", not "Ox". But I could be wrong...

I would pronounce it like "Eww-chs" or "Oh-chs"

I never really watch or even hear about NFL Europe so I wouldn't know.

His name reminds me of this autographed rookie card I got a few years ago...Alex Ochoa. I tried to sell it to my friend but the plans fell through! I never found out how to pronounce the prospect's name.
