Bills vs. Cowboys

Dallas 4-0 (Road: 2-0) vs. Buffalo 1-3 (Home: 1-1)
Monday, October 8, 2007 8:30pm ET ESPN

This is going to be a tough one for the Bills. Do they have any chance of upsetting the unbeaten Cowboys tonight?

All I know is I need 19 points out of Barber and Jones...so I don't need no Buffalo defense or a passing fool like Romo going crazy...I need a nice ground game that pounds out 150 yards and a score or two...oh, and I need Lynch in another league...so the heck with my love of Dallas...I need fantasy points man!...

What a flukey game this is. I still think Dallas will win, but they longer they take to get it together, the less likely it is!

Re: Bills vs. Cowboys

Classic Monday night football game. Romo throws five interceptions, two for touchdowns, Bills return a kick for a score, stop a 2 point conversion, get a favorable replay reversal as the clock ticks down, call timeout and thwart a 52 yard field goal with a couple seconds left-AND STILL LOSE! They should not bother to play the rest of their schedule.

I think the game took the air out of the Bills season...still, you got to love the Cowboy's last drive, the onside recovery and the rookie kicker booting two 53 yard field goals in a row (6 yards past his max distance)...the Cowboys found a way.

Cool Re: Bills vs. Cowboys

HEL-LO - Did it ever occur to Dick Jauron to guard the sidelines on that last Dallas drive that let to the field goal?

Un freaking real that Buffalo lost that game.

Re: Bills vs. Cowboys

The guy was wide open and basically uncovered. The stupid rule that enables coaches to call those timeouts right before a kicker kicks a field goal has to go; it is completely asinine. Also, Owens was absolutely tackled on the 2 point conversion, with no call.

Re: Bills vs. Cowboys

I should have added to this post but I started the "Snatching Defeat" thread in the main fantasy football just about this matchup!

Winners find a way to win and losers, sadly enough, find a way to lose! The only competing Buffalo will be doing in '07 is for the #1 draft pick come 2008!

There was quite a few questionable calls last night.... matter of fact my wife took away my tv time for not usin my inside voice. Mainly it was because the dog was cowering up against her thinking I was gonna kill him.... ah well, you get the drift.

I think Williams got away with a horse collar again.
There are always questionable calls.

Re: Bills vs. Cowboys

On the Williams play, the refs had a choice of horse collar, facemask, and a blatant late hit, to the head no less with a shoulder, as the man was three yards out of bounds! They picked the facemask, and only the five yard kind. Officiating in ALL pro sports is an absolute joke.
