Mike Lowell turned 35 yesterday and he was able to practice playing baseball. Not bad for a guy who looked like he was 135 years old last time we saw him on a ball field.

It was nice to see Lowell out there on Tuesday, even if it was only as the DH. Hope everything works out well for him as he's a classy guy.

I hope he does well also. He still has some good years left in him. Guess it will depend on how well he actually bounces back this year.
