Red Sox Batting Order

with Manny gone Ortiz needs some protection .... and here is how i think the Red Sox Batting order should go for 2009

Ellsbury
Pedroia
Ortiz
Youkilis
Drew
Lowell
Bay
Lowrie
Varitek

yeah yeah .... i know Youkilis isnt a big power hitter ... but he hit for .312 last season so he should be able to provide protection for Papi

i could flip Ellsbury and Pedroia ..... they are both real fast .. so one or the other should get on base to start every game

pedroia is not fast.. he's the best in the biz. but the boy lacks speed.
