David Ortiz is one of the clutchest hitters in baseball. Other than David Ortiz, who do you consider to be clutch hitters?

I consider Derek Jeter to be one of the clutchest hitters in baseball. If the game is on the line, I would like to have Jeter up at the bat.

Re: Clutch Sluggers!

Old Pat Tabler...anyone remember him?...Tabler had 43 hits in 88 at bats when batting with the bases loaded...just a shade below .500!...

Re: Clutch Sluggers!

The clutchest Yankees I can remember were Thurman Munson, Paul O'Neill, and Scott Brosius. On the bad Yankee teams of the late 60s and early 70s, Horace Clarke broke up three no hitters late in the game in one year.
