They fell behind 10-1 in the third inning. Not sure how else I can put it. Carmona and Perez were stomach-churning bad.

The crowd will play a huge role in Game 7, just as they did last night. Whomever can control the crowd early, should be able to win the game. That means Cleveland not allowing Boston out in front early or vice versa.

No doubt that crowds do affect the players but even if Cleveland get the lead right away we can hope that our bats have at least half the life they had last night. Keep in mind also that this will be an all out pitchers duel. Everyone will be available tonight.

keep in mind ....... imo if Dice-K can hold it together for 4 innings the game is all but won for Boston

Beckett can come in for 3-4 innings of relief ..... he did it exactly the same way with the Marlins .......... then we go to Okajima and Paplebon

Thanks, Simple. I think I will. As I said to LSC earlier in a PM, I probably won't have much to add, but it'll be fun to monitor. Of course, I have to watch Desperate Housewives!

You may regret this. I may have questions that will drive the baseball expert crazy! My dad loves it when I ask questions--makes the umpire proud of his daughter--but you may find it annoying. Don't worry, I know the game, but there are times when I just don't get it.

Like the other night ... the first baseman dropped the ball, the runner was safe, and they called the error on the pitcher because he was too quick to try to cover first. I didn't get that one.

i dont remember the exact play ..... but usually and error is called when an out should have been made and wasnt ..... the error is called on the person responsible for the out not being made
