| Re: Will the Red Sox hold on? They will make the playoffs, but it would really hurt because it was the Yankees doing this. Thank God Theo got to Gagne before Cashman did! He has singlehandedly lost about four of these games in the last month. |

If Boston does lose their grip and head into the playoffs as the wild card...it may not be the end of the world. Remember last year's Cardinals. They had absolutely no momentum heading into October. The rest is history. |
