Jeff Bailey
The Red Sox called up 1B Jeff Bailey over the weekend. Baily, who hit .250 with nine homers and 40 RBI in 74 games with Pawtucket this summer, went hitless in his MLB debut against the Detroit Tigers on Friday. In fact, he's still looking for his first career major league hit. So, Boston fans, does this kid have any potential? Or is he more or less just an emergency stopgap till Youklis is good to go?
