Yep, the Red Sox added ANOTHER bat to their lineup, claiming 1B Hee-Seop Choi off waivers from the Dodgers. According to GM Theo Epstein, Choi will be platoon at first along with Snow and Youkilis, while Youkilis will also see some time at third in relief of Mike Lowell. You know, I didn't believe this was the best lineup in baseball before, but the way they just keep adding more and more depth on both sides of the plate, I'm starting to change my tune...

Choi WAS one of my favorite players... But seriously, this is a great addition to the Boston lineup. In fact, I think the Sox have too many players! Three firstbasemen, three second basemen....five outfielders.... Choi is ten times better then Snow or Youkilis, so I expect he'll get a lot of playing time.
