Who is running the show?

Is it just me or does it look like there has been another power struggle on Yawkey Way and that Larry Lucchino and not Theo Epstein is running the baseball operations day to day?

Why would you say that?

I haven't been following any of that insider stuff to know but from an outsiders perspective, I haven't noticed anything unusual.

Sorry not to respond quicker.

They haven't tried to address their biggest hole, which is the bullpen. Theo was very good at taking chances on signing free agents that were under the radar or drafting in the Rule V draft.

These moves seem to be in keeping the newer fans happy and keeping the money rolling in.

It looks like they are focusing on the money and not on winning, and that's not Epstein, that's Lucchino.

As much as I hate Uncle George Yankee, at least he can spend to win !!!
