Spaceman Bill Lee?...I rather see one on Bouton of Ball Four Fame...or Mark Fydrich...I think there was a Fydrich one with the guy from 90210...the blonde curly haired guy...anyone seen that one?

The only thing I remember about Bill Lee is Graig Nettles breaking his arm with one punch in that famous 1976 Yanks-BoSox melee started by Lou Piniella and Carlton Fisk.

Rumors say he might return to Seattle. Any truth to that confirmed, yet?

Funny, you talk about Bill Lee... I grew up in Boston - I heard on the radio this past weekend that he is going to be at the Brattle Theater on Tuesday signing autographs and other stuff. Not sure where that is... maybe somewhere in the Cambridge-area?

Blacklisted from professional baseball in 1983, Lee was left to roam the world in search of a chance to play the game he loves. Lee's adventures have taken him across the United States to China, Russia, South America, and every province in Canada. The film follows Lee, approaching sixty years young, on a road trip to the impoverished baseball mecca of Cuba and on his triumphant return to Fenway Park. Along the way, we hear from former teammates, family members, sportswriters, fans, and especially Lee himself about the unique life and career that spawned the legend of a ballplayer who will forever be known as the SPACEMAN.
