Actually that is not entirely true. I recently went to the Red Sox ticket office and though they say all games are sold out, they had a lot of tickets to games against bad teams. But they did have other games. For instance you may not believe this but because they added a double-header against the Yankees for 8/20 I believe at night they actually had 2 bleacher tickets at $23 ! Plus they were right next to each other. The women said those were the only tickets they had for the game. Besides that hot tickets like the Tigers, White Sox, and Blue Jays are still available for cheap $23-$100 seats but if you get cheaper seats you may not gets seats together if you bringa friend along. I would also recommend Ebay. It rare to find a good deal there, but I bought 2 monster tix non-standing room to a previosly Indians game for $45 which is a bargain. So don't give up and definately try to get to the ticket office if you live in the Boston area which I'm assuming.
