The Boston Celtics have acquired Sebastian Telfair. That's the good news. The bad news is that it cost them Raef LaFrentz, Dan Dickau and the draft rights to Randy Foye. What do you think about this trade?

I really like this kid. I also liked Raef but with him the Celtics where not going anyhere...Dickau I like as well...but he is strictly a a backup...Foye will make or break the deal when the deal is revisited years from now.

When he got the minutes Telfair did well...including a 27 point performance against the Knicks, and 24 against the Cavalier. I like the Celtics going young here.

Why?...Where you high on Foye?...or think Raef is worth the cap money?

Can't really put my finger on it. Part of its because I'm a little higher on Foye than on Telfair, who seems a bit of a gamble, part of its because they gave up so much to get him, and part of its because I saw real potential with the #7 pick. Even though it was a weak draft, I think they could've gotten someone better than Telfair out of the team, be it Foye or someone else.
