Cool Doc Rivers

For those of you who have watched the Celtics at least semi-regularly, is Doc Rivers a good coach? He really hasn't been too successful in his 2 jobs in Orlando and now in Boston. Is it just the talent or is it part him? Should he be getting more out of the team than he is now?

Re: Doc Rivers

He showed some promise in Orlando, and when he was released form The Magic, it seemed too be popular sentiment that he was hosed (the front office didn't provide him with the right players, and used Rivers as a scapegoat for their shortcomings or he was the victim of a rash of injuries, I can't remember which).
Anyways, he showed some promise, but his tinier in Boston has been atrocious. Bill Simmons, a writer for ESPN's Page 2 (A Boston native) is a hard-lined critic and for all intensive purposes, wants Rivers out and too never coach in Te NBA again. Since I do not watch many Celtics games, and generally think he has a good perspective on these matters, I am willing too take him at his word.
