TORONTO- One of these nights, the Toronto Raptors may put together four quarters of good basketball and blow some other team right off the floor. Friday night's game against a seriously shorthanded Boston Celtics squad was not that night, however. It wasn't even close.
Yet the Raptors still managed to win the game in relative comfort, putting together a 19-0 run in the fourth quarter to secure a 96-90 victory at the Air Canada Centre.
The victory dragged the Raptors to the .500 mark at 22-22, but it was a dangerous sort of game to play against an opponent that has lost its last 10 games. As veteran guard Darrick Martin keeps telling his teammates, the Raptors, right now, are playing with fire.
