NBA games are manipulated by officials

I won't go as far to say that NBA games are fixed, but they are definitely pushed in the favor of one team or another by the blatantly biased officiating that goes on. Most of my friends don't watch any more for that reason. I have to say that after what I saw in tonights Orlando/Cleveland game I have to agree. Lebron gets a phantom foul call on a n out of control drive with0.5 seconds left to bail him out. On the return trip Howard gets mugged and nothing gets called. At least the Magic pulled it out in overtime.

I know everyone is saying Lebron is the next Jordan. Of course he is. No one has gotten the favorable officiating to the point he does since Michael Jordan. All of the stars get special calls , but in the last 20 years these guys are the most protected. You can't touch Lebron without the whistle blowing.

Obviously, the league would love to see Kobe vs Lebron in the final. Just ashamed they will do what it takes to make it happen. David Stern needs to be run out of the league. Let the players decide the games. Call it even up and the stars will still be stars. Game will be better in the long run for it.

And no...I am not an angry Magic fan. I am a Laker fan and fully acknowledge that in the famed Kings/Lakers series the Lakers were the beneficiary of the dreaded league "fix".

Just wish someone credible would stand up and say something. Charles Barkley are you listening?

Agreed. Last night was yet another pathetic example of how the NBA refs don't do the right thing.

Anyone who thinks the one is jail is the only one who was doing anything wrong is delusional.

I can't even watch the NBA anymore.

Re: NBA games are manipulated by officials

Wait so there isn't a "If you make an attempt to guard Kobe or LeBron it's a foul rule?" Of course they do it's terrible but they do. Everytime someone touches LeBron it's a foul, Every time you put your hand in his face it's a foul. That game winner from Game 2, would've been a foul if he missed. I garuntee it.

Then the other series, Kobe got every call in LA. Monday, Caremlo got every call so he didn't look totally awful. But I'm sure now that its tied Kobe will get the calls again. Literally one foul I saw he posted up Dantey Jones and then made a move. Foul on Jones. It's terribe

NBA refs are horrible. Some of the worst in professional sports.
