Ok, I think Detriot would make the most sense as far as trading pieces, I tryed this on NBA trade machine on ESPN.com which is like God.

Detriot gets Amare and Grant Hill and Pheonix gets Rasheed Wallace, Affalo, and Amir Johnson.
