yea its gonne be great. if any of yall have hi-def tc's and you make the picture as sharp and vivid as possible you'll notice the excellent lighting in staples center. it makes the games seem more classic and majestic

Nothing like the old days. Nothing at all. This is Lakers vs. Celtics in name only. Sorry to rain on everyone's parade, but that's my opinion. Paul Pierce and a bunch of hired guns vs. Kobe and his supporting cast just doesn't equal the match-ups from the past. At least we should get to see some glimpses of what this rivalry used to be, especially on ESPN Classic.

This will be nothing like the old days. The Celtics of today play a totally different game than they did 20 years ago. While I didn't care for it they played a slow paced and methodical game. Todays game is much faster and lends itself to more turnovers. To many personalties involved also.

Never the less it'll be fun to watch them go at it. Toughest part will be the games played in LA. I know that the Celtics did, FINALLY, manage two on the road but I'm not convinced that the Lakers will be as easy.

thats why I said kinda, but in reality, this is gonna be the best series in years, how can one not be excited about seeing kg, allen, pierce, kobe, gasol, fisher..its gonna be fast paced and exciting, not another boring spurs game series thank god..
