I can't belive how stupid the owner of the Dallas Mavericks is.Mark Cuban is paying 37.4 mil. in luxury tax to the NBA.To think,all said and done most say Dolan of the Knicks is dumb.True but not even close to Cuban,lol. HoopsHype - NBA Salaries 142,679,742.00 a YEAR for that team?

first Mark Cuban is a self made billionaire before the age of 40 .... far from what i would call stupid

second his team sells out every game and they are in the playoff race and have 47 wins ...... Dolan and the Knicks on the other hand seem to usually have a half empty building and they only have 20 wins

Hate to get in the middle of this but where did you come up with the $142 million number. The link shows Dallas at $105 million. That is far to much but it isn't $142 million.

Add the luxury tax to the NBA pre year LSC.Anything over 67,865,000.00 is dollar for dollar tax to the NBA.

Let's round it off to make it simple,simon.Anything over 67 mil which Dallas is at 105 mil is 1 for 1 tax to the NBA,not counting tax to feds or state.Do the math.
