It's weird b/c I think the recent judges found that the original trial was flawed a bit with the evidence that was presented. He was acquitted of 4 charges but I'm sure the State will find other charges to prosecute.

Still don't understand how he wasn't convicted. It's cases like these that DA's need to get fired. Throw Kobe Bryant's in there too...the DA there had no evidence but wanted the spotlight.

I believe they got around it by saying its a "continuation of the same case/trial"...not a new trial...I think they are looking for lesser charges...
