Kirilenko...the shot blocking machine in Utah...had 5 blocks last night...totally did not get used well last year out there.

And 8 asssists to boot. Good pick. Now, let me preface this by saying I don't follow the NBA all that closely, but when you hear about the big starts, you hear Kobe, Shaq, Duncan, Wade, Nash, Dirk, LeBron, AI, Mello... how about Baron Davis and Carlos Boozer? Think those guys are underrated?

Boozer is a great pick...and Davis is a gun...I like them both.

Re: Most Underrated NBA Player

Boozer and Kirilenko are great ones, both very solid reliable players and Davis is also a good pick he took the Warriors to the 2nd round last year pretty much single handedly.

My pick is Tony Parker, just about unstoppable off the dribble, great defender and has a solid long range jump shot now as well. I think this guy deserves to be mentioned with the top players in the league.

Parker slowly but surely is getting there. He was the NBA Finals MVP last year, right? I member hearing a ton about him in the playoffs.

Cool Re: Most Underrated NBA Player

Although he's hurt now, I think it's Elton Brand. He gets nowhere near the respect he deserves.

Re: Most Underrated NBA Player

Marcus Camby is a defensive nightmare. He blocks shots, alters shots and gets boards. On the offensive side, he has a mid range jump shot from the top of the key that is respectable and forces the opposing center to have to guard him high. This opens the lane for Iverson and Anthony.

You don't hear about him because he only scores ten points a game (and he has a 50% chance of breaking both his legs in any given game). As someone that is never mentioned in the same breath as the Yaos, Duncans, Brands of the world, I think he has a bigger impact on the game than he gets credit for.

Camby was totally overrated when he came into the league...so it balances out.

Lamar Odom of the Lakers. And he will never be used properly as long as Kobe is there.

Naw...he was picked pretty high in the draft... I think he has underachieved if anything.

I agree with this pick. Odom has a boatload of talent and I too believe he's woefully underused in L.A.

The problem with Camby is that he misses 30 games every year.

No one really hears about Bonner, who plays for the Lakers.
