Eastern Conference Playoffs

So is anyone going to go out on a limb and Pick The Pistons to reach the finals?... but in all honesty this seems fairly cut and dry. If either of the top three teams are tested in the first round, much less lose I would be utterly flummoxed. The Cavs-Wizards series could go seven, but seeing as how neither has a prayer against The Pistons it isn't very anticipatory. The best potential series looks to be The Nets-Heat in the second round.
So does anyone have any different prognostications? Can Detroit be dethroned? Will any upsets take place in the first round?
