Well as a Spurs fan, I'm honor bound to say no. But in reality, the West will be tough - it could be Dallas, Phoenix, San Antonio, even Utah, depending on who gets hot, in the Finals. Lots of good teams coming out the conference, and not an easy road to the championship for any of them. If I were to bet, I'd say Dallas is probably the odds on favorite right now.

I think Dallas will choke also. I see the Suns coming out of the west.

I don't know if so many good teams in the west will help or hurt. It will make it tougher to make the finals, but it will also make sure they are not rusty as they will have to play at a high level all the time. It could wear on them.

Welcome PhillieB...I just don't see them as a good short series playoff team...nothing against Dirk, always liked the guy...just don't have the stars for a short series war...

There is definitely a great possibility, PhillieB. They have a lot of great scorers, and obviously have the essential team chemistry. However, it is not possible to predict their future in the playoffs.

Everyone falls atleast once but once they get up they learn from that mistake and I believe this time seeing their past problems they will take it all the way so hold on your seat for the ride.
