| ESPN's MLB Opener Has Record Draw ESPN's opening night Major League Baseball telecast, Atlanta Braves vs. Washington Nationals, on Sunday night (April 6) delivered a 2.8 household rating, and 3.6 million viewers, the largest average audience ever for a season opener on ESPN or ESPN2. Among the demos, it was the most watched MLB season opener on ESPN among men 18-34, men 18-49 and men 25-54 since 1994.
