Well, he testified under oath that he wasn't at some party that Jose Canseco threw a few years back, and now they've dug up pictures and supposed witnesses that place him there. So there's your perjury charge if they can prove it. Insignificant? Probably. But they busted Al Capone on tax evasion, so... I guess sometimes they go with whatever they can get. Odd feeling just there comparing Capone and Roger Clemens, though, I must admit. Surreal.
