Greg Maddux over Roger Clemens?

In light of the Mitchell report, is the best pitcher of this current generation really Greg Maddux not Roger Clemens? Or can a claim be made for Randy Johnson?

Maddux is my boy, but Smoltz is the best pitcher of the current generation..
