Everything in the Mitchell report was validated, other stuff hes claimed has yet to be proven, makes his book more believable..

He may not be the most nobel of people, but I thought he was validated after the hearings. He has always said it was everywhere, and he is being proven right everyday.

Without Canseco there' s no Mitchell report, so yeah - he gains credibility but in my eyes, he always had it. There was never a second where I didn't believe everything he wrote in his book.
