| Mitchell Recommendations to MLB The recommendations made by Senator Mitchell to MLB made up a good chunk of the report. In Bud Selig's press conference, he said he would love to implement all of them but some of them will need agreements with the MLBPA. Here's a look at some of the recommendations.
-Commissioner's Office should enhance it's non-testing evidence of possession or use. They should cooperate moreso with the proper authorities and attempt to keep drugs out of the clubhouses.
-MLB needs a better drug education process citing real life stories. Not only the health risks but career risks and dangers in dealing with drug dealers.
-Commish should establish a department of investigations and cooperate with law enforcement agencies.
