This is one of my favorite times of the MLB season. Each team gets to expand its roster to 40 players. This is the time that teams call up prospects to get a good look at them at the big league level. I made a similar post in the Reds forum. I am looking forward to the return of Homer Bailey and the debut of Joey Votto. I was wondering if there were any players that you were looking forward to seeing play on your favorite teams.

Rosters expand on September 1st...I think.

With the Mets, only if the young kids can help them clinch the division or whatnot. Guys like Mike Pelfrey, Phil Humber could find their way on the big league club so the pen arms aren't tired. The Mets will be looking at bringing back injured folk though, not much about the young kids. Guys like Pedro, Endy Chavez, Carlos Gomez could all possibly return around that time.
