I don't see Zambrano going anywhere. There is no way the Cubs get rid of an ace pitcher. They don't come along everyday.

Burhle I could see being moved. He could really help another team and the Chisax may need to reload.

Lidge is going to be somewhere else by the deadline. They are going to put him back in his closer role to showcase him.

Texiera is going to be gone at the deadline as well. I say to the Yanks. They need anther 1B bat, and I don't think they will get Helton like I heard they wanted.

Adam Dunn is going to the AL soon, I HOPE. He is terrible in LF. I am so tired of seeing him drop routine pop flies, and striking out with RISP. I just don't think they will get anything of value for him.

I don't know about anybody else, but I have heard rumors of Dye being traded. I don't know if they will unless they get a lot for him.

I hope they won't get rid of him. He is my favorite player. It won't be the same without him out there. It would make sense to get rid of him now though. He is hitting the ball well, and teams will be interested in him. He will also be a pretty good draw for a while heading to 600 HRs.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Bucs shop a few guys. I doubt Bay, but maybe Jack Wilson, Xavier Nady and some of their pitching.

Ok, could we please fix the spelling in this thread's title?

Zambrano may be traded to the Mets (Minaya really wants him) for some bullpen help (Heilman) and maybe Pelfrey.

Every name including Willis and Zambrano will be linked to the Mets because Minaya keeps a tight lid on his true intentions.

I could see the Mets going for a bat by the deadline. Don't know where though.

As for Pittsburgh, Lefty, you'd be surprised how many Mets fans call into sports radio shows asking whether Xavier Nady is available. Personally, I wouldn't want the guy back. Nothing personal but I just don't see him as anything particularly special.

He's been one of our better hitters. Wouldn't surprise me to see the team shop him, but it wouldn't surprise me to see them keep him either.

I think our pitching will be in demand - Gorzelanny and Duke especially. Can't imagine teams not coming after those two.
