| Rollie Fingers Owes Back Income Taxes MILWAUKEE — Baseball Hall of Famer Rollie Fingers owes Wisconsin more than $1.4 million in income taxes. The state Department of Revenue lists Roland G. Fingers as No. 7 in the state of its top 100 delinquent taxpayers, owing $1,433,609. The address listed is in Las Vegas, where the birth date in public records matches the baseball player. He's listed as first among those owing only income taxes. Fingers, a relief pitcher for 17 years, helped the Oakland A's win three consecutive World Series from 1972-74.
