Baseball Trivia: Who is the only...

Cheers, everyone!

Trivia!

(Now no cheating...)

Who is the only Seattle Mariner in the Hall of Fame...?

Winner gets...o, bragging rights, i guess. And the right to ask the next question!

...And he is stil alive and not in the football Hall of Fame yet?

...Look is this a trick question Alex?...You didn't say The MLB baseball Hall of Fame...soooo I am going to go with Al Davis in the Mariner Hall of Fame?...

Hey, what, no prize for playing?...no partying gifts?...what kind of game is this?

I think Gaylord Perry pitched at some point for the Mariners. He must have, he pitched for everybody else.

Re: Trivia: Who is the only...

If that means I get the next question, then here it is.
Who is the only player to lead his league in stolen bases nine years in a row?

seriously tough one

Whoa...i've created a monster. Hee hee...

The only player to collect hits for two teams on the same day...i seem to remember this vaguely, involving some bizarre trade between two teams who were playing a doubleheader, but i sure don't know the name.

Eddie Gaedel...?

Re: Baseball Trivia: Who is the only...

The name Joel Youngblood comes to mind. I would hate for that to be the right answer and me not try it. In reality though, I have no idea. You may have priced youuorself out of the game with this question.

Re: Baseball Trivia: Who is the only...

It is amazing what your mind can keep filed away! Al I know about Joel Youngblood is that he played for the Mets at one time.

Okay, here goes. Frank Robinson, Vladimir Guerrero, Dick Allen and this man are the only four players ever to have a .300, 30 hr, 100 RBI season in both leagues. Who is he?
