| Re: Baseball Trivia: Who is the only... Cheers All! No, no, wait...i've got one i want to see how well you guys handle. I test-drove it on a couple of unsuspecting "sports buffs" yesterday and no dice. The Barry and Bobby Bonds represents the father-and-son team with the most homeruns with a sick 1040. But which brother combination has the most combined? This may be more difficult than it looks, but i have utmost faith in y'all. You are now on the clock.

| Re: Baseball Trivia: Who is the only... Indeed. Tommy Aaron hit 13, bringing the Aaron's boys total to 768. The typical answer is the DiMaggio brothers, who hit a "mere" 573 (Dom with 87, Vince with 125 and Joltin' Joe had 361). Amazing to think that Hammering Hank outhit the DiMaggio boys single-handedly in a career that never saw him hit more than 45 in one season. Anyone have another? How about this (he surreptitiously snuck in): Which is the only team that goes north for spring training? |

| Re: Baseball Trivia: Who is the only... Cheers all! What else can i say about Legend that hasn't already been said. Indeed, it is those Florida Fish. Now come on, someone throw a softball that even i can answer, like "who posted the all-time worst single-season record in major league baseball?" |

| Oooh oooh! Mr. Kotter! Pick me! It was Babe Ruth, who inexplicably attempted to steal second base with two out in the bottom of the ninth after singling to keep Yankee hopes alive. Some have subsequently said it was a power struggle between he and Miller Huggins, but my money's on too many pre-game beers. Speaking of beers, cheers! |
