i havent heard about this in a few months it seems

seems something would have been leaked

Mitchell says he lacks the power to order people to testify so the investigation is delayed.

Not only does he lack subpoena power, he is connected
to the Red Sox. Senator Mitchell is an honorable man,
but a complete outsider should have been chosen.
