i would vote for Jose...dominate player of the late 80's and 90's...first 40/40 player...over 450 homers...not much of a pitcher...and for all practical purpose at least he is honest about the steroid use...more than I can say for over 50 percent of the league.

Over 500 ballots were cast last year so you can expect around the same for this year. Voters are encouraged to vote for up to 10 guys on their ballot. A player needs 75% of the total vote to be elected into the Hall. If a player gets below 5%, they're taken off the ballot forever.

I'd say Canseco will get less than 5% and taken off the ballot.

I'm gonna be radical and say that Conseco will make the Hall. Why not? If you forget about the steroids, look at his numbers:
