| Re: 2006 World Series Champions Are... Hi MichaelHWG , welcome to GoTeamsGo Your Mets look like they might be ready to take it all if they don't beat themselves. Since I know who you're picking to win the WS, who do you think will be the toughest challenge?

As far as the Yankees being the biggest challenge, I agree. Any AL team really, most have a powerful line-up, don't get me wrong, the Mets do too. But the Yankees especially, their line-up is godly. |

| Re: 2006 World Series Champions Are... Yankees have a lot of questions, as does everyone else involved in this post-season. Will A-Rod gag again? Damon has not been hitting at all going into the playoffs. Randy Johnson's back is bad, and even when it's good he is hit or miss. Even Wang has been less than stellar lately. The bullpen is full of guys who have failed in big spots before, none more noteworthy than Farnsworth, who warmed up for the playoffs by giving up a two run homer in the ninth Sunday. Still, I would rather have the Yankees' problems than those of the rest of these teams.

| Re: 2006 World Series Champions Are... Hey, I'm late to the game, but I'm picking Detroit. It's a pick from the heart, really - logically, I'm not sure about their chances. But I'd love to see Leyland bring this team all the way after how bad they were over the past couple seasons. Go Tigers!
