I know this is a gamble, but if all else fails you can usually find several people who want to sell tickets outside the stadium right before the game.

I know some scalping probably goes on. If you can catch someone trying to unload tickets right before kickoff, you can usually get them for regular price. The reason I know this is because I'm inquisitive. If approached, I ask how much they want for them. I came across one dude who had tickets on the 50 for sale.
