A league source tells us that Ravens running back Willis McGahee suffered a concussion on that wicked fourth-quarter hit from Steelers safety Ryan Clark.
Per the source, McGahee is “OK.”

Yeah that was a helluva hit.... I cringed watchin his head snap back in slow motion. He's very lucky. Good it's only a concussion.
